Digital Product & Refund Policy

The Pasta Table

1. Digital Products

The Pasta Table offers digital products, including Pasta Making 101, a downloadable pasta-making guide.

 

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, a purchase of Pasta Making 101 includes both the mobile PDF edition and the U.S. Letter printable PDF edition, along with access to any accompanying tutorials specifically included with the purchase.

 

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Delivery and Access

After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive instructions to download your purchased files electronically through the delivery method provided at checkout.

 

Please check your email, including your spam or junk folder, for your order confirmation and download instructions.

 

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and ensuring that your device can open the file format provided.

 

If you do not receive your download link or have trouble accessing your files, please contact us at jessica@thepastatable.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access your purchase.

 

Access to accompanying tutorials may be provided through a separate webpage. Please do not share private access links or distribute the tutorial materials to others.

3. Refund Policy

Because digital products can be downloaded and accessed electronically, all digital product sales are generally final, and refunds are not provided once the digital files have been delivered.

 

However, we will review requests involving circumstances such as:

• Duplicate purchases or duplicate charges for the same product.

• Files that are corrupted, defective, or cannot be accessed, where the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

• A purchase where the download was not successfully delivered and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.

 

Please contact jessica@thepastatable.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate the order and resolve the problem.

 

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's procedures and applicable law.

 

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

 

4. Incorrect Purchases

Please review the product description and included files before completing your purchase.

 

If you purchase a product by mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for mistaken purchases are not guaranteed, particularly after the files have been delivered, but we will consider the circumstances of the request.

 

5. Personal Use and Copyright

All digital products, including PDFs, photographs, written materials, and accompanying tutorials, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of The Pasta Table or its respective rights holders.

 

Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the purchased files or tutorial materials without prior written permission from The Pasta Table.
